Recipients

Settings → Recipients is the same shared registry of people and groups used when addressing a report - there’s nothing admin-specific beyond reaching it through Settings instead of the report editor.

The only difference reaching it from Settings is convenience: it’s a faster path when you’re doing registry housekeeping (cleaning up old recipients, reorganizing groups) rather than addressing a specific report.
